16mm (5/8") Yalex is a great size for splicing strong tree rigging slings that are still easy to handle.
Yalex is a 12-strand, single braid rope ideal for splicing tree rigging slings, winch lines, and loopies. 2 ends per carrier construction makes Yalex easier to splice, and allows the rope to flatten more under load. For rigging slings, this makes for more surface area contact and better grip in the tree.
