SMC Advance Tech HX Pulley New in 2012!

Double pulley with integrated cam that provides immediate progress capture without the need of prusik loops. Stainless pins retain the rope when a rigged system is packed so that system can be pulled out and used immediately. Manufactured from high quality aluminum and anodized to help prevent corrosion. Ideal for all rescue applications where a small mechanical advantage system is being utilized. Up to 1/2” capacity. 34kN / 7,650lb breaking strength (18 kN / 4,050 lb for the becket).

Petzl Pro Traxion

For effective and comfortable hauling of heavy loads with built-in progress capture features. These pulleys are really 3 devices in 1: pulley, self-jamming pulley, and rope clamp/grab. Can be used to haul a load, raise a person, set up a hauling system or self belay. Also work well for Tyrolean traverses and ascending, and are an indispensable device for any rescue kit. The Pro Traxion has safe working load of 6knN(1,350 lb.) as a pulley and 4kN(900 lb.) as a self-jamming pulley. Omni Block 1/2” Swivel Pulley

The Omni block pulley has a built in swivel to help ensure that the rope fairleads in and out of the block so that all pulling force is placed squarely onto the sheave. This helps to preserve the breaking strength of the system and to prevent the rope from abrasion with the cheek plates. Ideally suited for use as a false crotch with a climbing line, the Omni block will help to prevent the rope from getting twisted. 1/2” capacity.

Ideal for recreational ziplines, basic challenge courses, as well as your local fire rescue/SAR gear cache. This lightweight, strong and reliable pulley is an upgrade to the Shuttle Rope that utilizes four sealed ball bearings and stainless steel sheaves for efficient performance. Maximum speed rating is 10 meters per second.

SMC Kootenay HX Knot-passing Pulley New in 2012!

Lightest KPP on the market that is UL-Certified to NFPA General Use. The primary carabiner hole accepts numerous rescue carabiners. Secondary carabiner holes are provided for use with tax or belay lines. Two quick-release pins may be used to "lock off" the sheave when a high-strength tie-off is required. Adding to its versatility, the Kootenay HX may also serve as an edge roller.
