Rockman Helmet

The Rockman helmet is designed with safety and comfort in mind. The designers recognized that too many workers were not wearing their PPE because it was simply uncomfortable. The Rockman is designed to be super light, comfortable, and provide as much safety as possible.

You can see the innovation in this helmet in features like the air vents, which are positioned at the very top of the helmet instead of the sides to take advantage of the chimney effect to let hot air rise out of the top. The head strap is a six-point suspension, much better than other 4-point suspensions, and adjusts with a dial for a perfect fit.

Comfort is just the beginning, however. The helmet itself has great safety features such as the DeFormaTec suspension which allows the helmet suspension to compress under impact like the crumple zones on a car to absorb the impact energy. The helmet shell itself is built like a rigid cage and can react upon impact with intended partial deformation of the shell to further decrease the blow.

Rockman Lumberjack Premium Kit

Combine the comfy and lightweight Rockman helmet with 24 decibel NRR ear muffs, a visor, and a mesh face shield and you have a total head protection system. Kit contains helmet, 6-point suspension, visor carrier, mesh visor, ear muffs, and sweatband. Chin strap may be purchased below. Should not be used for climbing without chin strap.

Peltor Lumberjack Chainsaw Safety Set

Contains hard hat, ear muffs, visor and sealer, and a neck flap to keep chips from getting down your collar. Does not contain impact-resistant eyewear.

Rockman Helmet Parts

All parts for the Rockman hard hat are replaceable. Mesh visor requires the visor carrier for mounting.

Rockman Bump Caps

Rockman bump caps don't protect like a hard hat or helmet, but they can protect from bumps and scrapes in a variety of situations. Cap style bump cap has an inner ABS plastic liner and foam cushioning.

Not to be used in place of hard hat or helmet where those are required!

Face Shield/ Ear Muff Kit

This kit offers ear and eye protection that snaps into standard hard hat and helmet attachment slots. Works with Vertex and Pacific helmets, and aluminum and plastic hard hats. Includes ear muffs, wire mesh visor, and visor sealer to keep out dust and rain.

Terrycloth Sweatbands

Replaceable cloth sweatbands snap around the headband of most helmets and hard hats to provide a comfortable solution for keeping sweat from running in your eyes.
