The newly redesigned Petzl Vertex 2 helmets are our most popular choice for work at heights. The new Centerfit adjustment system with two adjustment knobs ensures optimal fit and stability by centering the head inside the shell. Compatible with Peltor ear muffs and Peltor wire mesh visor or clear plastic Petzl Vizir. The vent holes on the Vertex 2 Vent have shutters to adjust air flow. Shock absorption is achieved through deformation of the outer shell. Range of adjustability is 20.9” - 24.8”. Weighs 16 oz. Made in France.

Buckingham Versatile Tree Saddle
Features suspension from individual connection points across the front strap which give the user a wide choice of tie-in points. Can be used as a fixed or floating dee with the addition of a high density roller and carabiner. The sit sling is 4” wide with a stiff batten seat for stability. 8” wide, nylon laminated waist belt with two each side accessory loops and clips. Adjusts across the front of the waist belt and each leg strap. Grommeted tongue buckle is standard. Weighs aprox. 7 lb.

Split Suspension Extra Wide Back Saddle w/ Butt Strap - Small
This butt-strap tree saddle has 6” tall foam-filled, leather-lined back and a leather-lined seat strap for extra support when resting on the saddle. 2 dee rings for traditional or split tail climbing, and 2 side dee rings for attaching a flipline and adjuster. Belt has 7 grommets for a snugger fit. Comes with five, 15 lb. nylon gear loops and two chrome-brass snaps for keeping tools close at hand. Weighs apr ox. 6 lb.

Dragonfly II Saddle (Large)

The Komet Dragonfly tree saddle is just like the Komet Butterfly II but with a batten seat instead of leg loops. Leg straps with quick connect buckles retain the seat in the correct position and are faster to fasten than grommet style buckles. The waist belt also has a quick connect buckle. The Komet Dragonfly is a fully modular saddle so the lower section and bridge can be easily replaced. The Dragonfly features two small steel rings and three nylon gear loops. Complies with CE and ANSI standards. Weighs about 4 lb. Size 2: 35-51 inch waist.

New England Ropes’ Safety Blue is not actually blue at all, but gets its name from the blue core fibers which become exposed if the line is cut or abraded, warning the user of the danger. Safety Blue is an excellent arborist climbing line with high strength, flexibility, and safety features. The high-visibility Safety Blue has the added safety of being very easy to see, even when dirty. Safety blue is treated with a special coating that helps to increase abrasion resistance and extend rope life.
Quick Overview: Safety Blue is a 16-strand single braid rope made from polyester and polyolefin fibers. 1/2" diameter, strong and lightweight (7,000 ABS, 7 lb per 100’).
