This climbing kit contains sturdy, professional grade tree equipment that will get the job done in comfort and save you $. The ideal place to start for people who are just starting climbing. Wide-back saddle, popular Klein spurs, and the thick padding of T pads makes this kit durable and comfortable, and it’s a big step up from the thin cotton saddles and L pads that many companies make their employees start with. - Klein Spurs are rated for use for person weighing up to 300 lbs. when fully equipped
- Klein products meet or exceed all relevant OSHA, ANSI, and ASTM specifications
- The included Weaver Saddle is intended for work positioning and not intended for use as a fall-arrest harness
- The steel-core lanyard included should never be used near power lines
- The Climb-Right carabiner included is positive-locking and has a breaking strength of 5,850 lbs (26kN)
- Regular inspection of all equipment should be performed by a trained professional
- Adherence to the
ANSI Z133.1 2006 safety requirements for Arboricultural Operations is highly recommended.
