“I didn't realize there was a special that orders over $100 would get free shipping, and I placed an order (my first order with the company) that didn't meet the $100 limit (I was only $10 away). "Great selection of climbing equipment and training materials.
I had a little delay getting my saddle as my original selection ended up being back ordered at the manufacture. The Wesspur people gave me the choice of a refund or to switch to a different saddle. I chose to switch and received the new saddle a couple of days after that.
One other issue was that the shipping container came damaged (hole ripped in the box) by UPS and one of the carabiners and a throw-bag fell out in transit. The Wesspur folks immediately shipped out replacements with no hassle. Very nice to see good customer support. I will definitely do business with them again."
