Rope winch lines can outmatch steel cable on a strength / weight basis, and are lighter and easier to work with. You don't have to worry about kinks or pig tails, and a 200’ can weigh less than 10 lb. Amsteel Blue packs incredible strength, and we now have winch lines from Amsteel Plus and Tenex for more affordable winch lines which are still plenty strong for most chipper winches.
We are happy to custom-splice a winch line for you with the rope, length, and hardware of your choice.
