The rockStar is the latest in 3-D rigging technology. Machined from a solid block of 7075 aerospace alloy, it's light and compact enough to take with you wherever you need it, and at 36 kN, it's strong enough to handle a tough day at work. Weighs 7.4 oz, breaking strength 8,100 lb.
Precision measuring of forces in rigging systems is now possible with remote monitoring thanks to the advent of the enForcer load cell by Rock Exotica. The aluminum body mounts the load cell on 2 swivels for easy installation in-line in the rigging system. Both static loads and dynamic events can be measured using the "slow" or "fast" sampling modes. An app (available from the Apple App store for about $30) allows the recording, monitoring, and graphing of events, as well as remote monitoring of forces on your iPhone.
The enForcer comes with a waterproof, hard-plastic case.
