The video gives practical solutions to real problems faced by working tree climbers, such as how to advance a flipline on large diameter trunks, how to traverse from one tree into another, how to set a rope from the ground in a conifer, an analysis and comparison of climbing systems and gadgets, and many more.

Great information.

This series is the most comprehensive and in-depth look at various aspects of the job that I've found. In this one, you'll see a lot about accessing and traversing the canopy. If we're being honest, it's about as dry as a popcorn fart, so make sure that you're running on enough sleep and with enough coffee beside you, since it does give you more information than just about any other source. Plus side, it's videos, over books, which does allow for a better expression of dynamic situations.
