Samson Tenex Dead-Eye Slings

Tenex slings have been improved with an extra-long 8" eye for girth-hitching onto arborist blocks, the Port-a-Wrap, and other hardware. These slings are constructed from Samson Tenex two-carrier rigging line, and have been expertly spliced and lock stitched. Tenex rope provides excellent breaking strength for your rigging job while remaining lighter than double braid rope, and has been coated for maximum resistance to abrasion. Our slings are listed with a ten to one design factor, where the Working Load Limit (WLL) equals one tenth of the Breaking Strength (Brk Str); the same ratio used for arborist rigging lines.
