This bleeding control kit adds a tourniquet and EMT shears to the Israeli compression bandage so you are prepared for a serious injury. All components are held in a custom bandage pouch made by Conterra in the USA. Mount the pouch to your harness using the included malice clips in horizontal or vertical position, on belt or leg pad.
