Yale Double Esterlon is ideal for use in lowering systems. Double Esterlon is strong, durable, and low stretch. Double Esterlon is a double-braided rope constructed of premium over finish polyester fiber in both the sleeve and core. Identified by two green strands in the cover. Double Esterlon is coated with Yale's Tree-Grade Maxijacket urethane for enhanced performance and durability.

Solid and strong

This has been a solid rope for the majority of my rigging. I run it through a block and a couple rings. I don’t have any splices in it cause I’m always tying running bowlines. Occasionally I flip the rope and start rigging from the other end to try and wear it evenly. Keep it stored in a bag and it is even better. Will definitely buy again
